How the bill works

Free while you start

Companies on Rallic books and everyone you invite cost nothing for your first 3 months. A Zoho Books or QuickBooks company is billed from the day it joins, because you already pay for its accounts.

Paid from your balance

Add money when it suits you and each month's bill is taken from it, line by line. If the balance is short we send a payment link instead. Anything added part way through a month is charged for the days it was there.

Never locked out

If a bill stays unpaid for 7 days the account turns read only. Everything can still be seen and exported, nothing is deleted, and paying lifts it straight away.

Questions

Is GST included in the price?+
No. Every price on this page is before 18% GST, which your bill adds as a line of its own.
What happens when the free months end?+
Your first bill is raised that day for the month ahead, from what you hold then, and taken from your balance. If you have not added money, we send a payment link and nothing changes for 7 days while you pay it.
Why is a Zoho Books or QuickBooks company not free at first?+
Because its accounts already live in Zoho or QuickBooks, which you pay for, and Rallic works on top of them from the first day. Companies whose accounts we keep for you are the ones the free months cover.
Who counts as a person?+
Anybody besides you with access to any of your companies. Somebody in three of your companies is counted once. People you invite are free during the free months.
What if I remove a company or a person part way through a month?+
The month already paid for runs its course, and they are gone from the next bill. Adding one part way through a month is charged for the days it was there, on the bill after.
What if I stop paying?+
A bill unpaid for 7 days turns the account read only. You can still see and export everything, nothing is deleted, and paying makes it editable again at once.
Can I take my data with me?+
Yes. Every list exports as a spreadsheet, and if your accounts are in Zoho Books or QuickBooks they never left.
